We took this photo as it just looked so Spanish. The orange trees lined the whole street and the buildings looked similar to this cathedral. It was a beautiful street to walk down.

Dre caught this baby lizard, there were heaps and heaps around our hotel. They were very fat for their length – about 15cm long and about 6cm across, they were running around everywhere! No luck catching a big one, but the little one didn’t seem too upset about being caught.

This was how almost all of the streets looked, a lot of them had heaps of plants on their balconies. Just how you would imagine Spanish streets to look.

We stopped in Bristol for a couple of days for Chris and Gail’s wedding. The morning of the wedding we walked down the the suspension bridge in Clifton, a suburb of Bristol. Last time we were in Bristol Gail took us here at night which was really beautiful, all lit up. In the light of day it’s still really impressive.

Another happy couple married. This wedding was also awesome, we really enjoyed ourselves, and Gail and Chris seemed very much in love. We got to meet lots of extended family which was really nice. If you’d like to see more photos of the wedding and venue, and family, please click the link below and then click on the yellow button ‘View Slideshow’.

Most of the inside of this building was gold, very elegant and old.

The cemetery was amazing, with the gravestones from the 10th Century. Over the years they have all become tilted and on lots of random angles, it was really cool. If you want to see more photos of the Jewish Cemetery, click the link below and then click the yellow button ‘View Slideshow’.

This place was cool. The entire church was full of bones, around 40,000 people in total. Apparently people just started to want to be buried there, and it became a normal thing for everyone in the town to do. After around 30,000 people’s skeletons were in here, they started to restrict it to wealthy families. The 15 most important people of the time are buried under the floor, everyone else is stacked up in huge bone pyramids, or hung in chandaliers from the ceiling. We took this from up the top near Prague Castle. The view really is amazing. Our time in Prague has consisted of walking pretty much non-stop, we rushed to see sights before Anita and Sean got here, and then they joined us at midday on our second day. We then spent the rest of that day and all of the next day visiting sights around Prague.

This is one of Pragues main bridges, but not the famous Charles Bridge. The river was so lovely to walk along and the days have been very hot and sunny.
